Huawei to move smart car operations to new joint company with Changan

The focus will be on developing intelligent automotive systems and components. Huawei, emphasizing collaboration with more auto firms, aims to capitalize on the opportunities in the electrification and intelligent transformation of the auto industry. While not manufacturing cars independently, Huawei has successful partnerships, including producing Aito-branded cars and the Luxeed-branded S7 sedan with Chery. In October, Huawei received over 50,000 orders for its revamped M7 model, positioning Aito among China's top new energy vehicle manufacturers.
